Job summary

Highgate Hotels at TradeWinds Resort in St. Pete Beach is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout.

You will help guests with information on services, hours, and local attractions, ensuring a seamless experience. The role requires excellent communication, the ability to manage high guest volume, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• One or more years of Resort Front Office experience is strongly preferred.
• Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as they are our busiest times.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome Guests at Front Desk.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and hours of operation.
• Answer inquiries regarding restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.
• Be familiar with in-house groups and restricted dates.
• Process room reservations and quote rates.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and handle shift duties.
• Maintain a clean work area and participate in meetings.
