Job summary

TradeWinds Island Resort, part of Highgate Hotels, seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and manage check-ins/outs at the resort in Saint Pete Beach, FL. You will provide attentive service, quote rates, and handle guest requests with a courteous demeanor.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak times.

Qualifications

• One year or more of Resort Front Office experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and guest interactions in a fast-paced setting.
• Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Computer experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome Guests at the Front Desk according to Highgate standards.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation promptly.
• Assist Guests with restaurant, transportation, and entertainment inquiries.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Operate the Front Desk computer system and follow the shift checklist.
