Tharp Consulting is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations in fast-paced dining venues. You will oversee front-of-house teams and maintain a guest-first environment aligned with guest expectations and standards.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, coaching staff, scheduling coverage, ensuring service quality, resolving guest concerns, and partnering with kitchen and bar teams to deliver cohesive service. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Strong guest service mindset with ability to de-escalate issues.
• Knowledge of POS processes and cash handling accuracy.
• Understanding of food safety compliance.
• Effective communication, coaching, and team management skills.
