Job description

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist in managing daily operations at one of our upscale restaurant clients. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures the smooth operation of the dining experience while upholding high standards of service and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support front-of-house staff, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.

• Address guest concerns and ensure a high-quality dining experience.

• Assist in scheduling, training, and managing staff performance.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns with professionalism.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of restaurant health and safety standards.
