Thompson Hospitality Corp. is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will guide daily operations, support team members, and ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for.

The role requires strong work ethic, frontline leadership, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high service standards. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and opportunities to contribute to hospitality excellence.

Competenze

• Experience in food and beverage.
• Experience as a supervisor.
• An amazing work ethic.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
• Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
