Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Lake Buena Vista, FL to lead guest experiences at our Disney area property. You will oversee check-ins, check-outs, and VIP requests, ensuring a smooth, warm welcome for every guest.

You’ll supervise a team, train new associates, and resolve guest issues with confidence while maintaining safety and standards in a fast-paced hotel environment near Walt Disney World Resort.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth; manage smooth check-ins and check-outs and handle reservations and VIP requests.
• Track logs, manage messages and packages, and ensure details are handled with speed and professionalism.
• Monitor rates, packages and promotions to support room revenue while delivering value to guests.
• Lead a communicative team, train associates, and address guest concerns while upholding safety and standards.
