Job summary

Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village is seeking a front desk associate to assist guests with arrival and departure, complete registrations, and promote the HEI brand. You will manage room keys, process payments, handle calls, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the stay.

Ideal candidates have hotel experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm during peak times. This on-site role includes duties across front office operations and guest services.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
• Ability to stand and move throughout front office and work with diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and assist with arrival and departure.
• Complete registration using the computer system and verify guest information.
• Promote HEI Hotels and Resorts and brand programs.
• Issue and manage room keys, vouchers, and payment processing.
• Handle cash and balance an assigned house bank.
• Answer calls promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Retrieve mail, packages, and facsimiles as requested.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Maintain composure and assist during emergencies and high hotel activity.
• Adhere to attendance and other duties as assigned.
