Job summary

HMG Plus, Inc. is seeking a proactive receptionist/front-of-house professional to maintain client-facing spaces and ensure a warm, efficient guest experience. You will greet guests, escort them to meeting rooms, and serve as the primary contact for client-facing services in a corporate environment.

The role requires coordinating meetings and events, supporting AV and catering needs, and collaborating with facilities and IT to sustain a high-standard workplace. A/V setup experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in receptionist/administrative/front-of-house roles, preferably in corporate or hospitality settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
