Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure welcoming, seamless stays from check-in to check-out at our Anaheim property.

You'll coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage and leadership to maintain service standards, handle guest requests, upsell opportunities, and support VIP arrivals—all while upholding Sonesta's People People culture and hospitality leadership ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, hospitality, customer service or related roles.
• Strong communication and guest service skills with a professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain details.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly during check-in/check-out and throughout stay.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and guest requests.
• Process transactions using PMS and POS systems accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B and leadership teams.
