Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure welcoming, seamless stays from check-in to check-out.

You will oversee guest service, assist with reservations and billing, manage cash and transactions through PMS/POS, and coordinate with Housekeeping and engineering to maintain high standards and memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hospitality supervisory experience.
• Proven guest service and communication skills.
• Experience with PMS and POS systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide warm service during check-in/out.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, billing, and info.
• Process transactions using PMS and POS.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other teams for smooth operations.
• Support VIP arrivals and group check-ins.
