Responsibilities

• Greeting, welcoming, and directing guests with Spirit.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer needs.
• Manage scheduling of bowling lanes and equipment.
• Educate guests on lane availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist guests in selecting equipment (e.g., shoes).
• Process lane reservations, walk-ins, and assignments.
