SPS is seeking a polished Receptionist to be the first point of contact and brand ambassador, greeting visitors and managing a global switchboard. You will ensure security protocols and deliver a five-star guest experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in reception, concierge, or luxury service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Excellent English communication and polished professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, log entries, and enforce NDA security protocols.
• Route global calls with discretion and professionalism.
• Issue badges and manage access cards with attention to security.
• Cross-train in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support.
• Arrange catering and set up high-tech conference rooms for meetings.
• Maintain pristine reception, barista, and pantry areas.
