You will greet guests, direct calls, manage badges, support mail, hospitality, and facilities, and help set up meetings and events with a professional, polished demeanor. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of professional experience (Reception, Concierge, or High-end Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred).
• Physical agility: comfortable walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Reliability: punctual and ready to own your assigned work hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage the digital guest log, and ensure security protocols are followed seamlessly.
• Route global calls and handle sensitive inquiries with discretion and a business-first attitude.
• Issue badges and manage access cards for facility security.
• Cross-train in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support to keep the office running smoothly.
• Set up and support events and meetings, including catering and conference rooms.
