Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a polished Receptionist to be the brand ambassador at our Atlanta office. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, guiding guests, and supporting facilities operations.

You’ll work across Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities to ensure a seamless office experience, assist with meetings, and maintain a welcoming reception area with emphasis on security and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in Reception/Concierge or Hospitality preferred.
• Able to walk, stand, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage the guest log with discretion.
• Route global calls and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Issue badges and manage access cards for security.
• Cross-train in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support.
• Set up and support meetings, catering, and conference room tech.
