Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a friendly front desk agent to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and promoting hotel amenities. You will greet guests, register and check them out, and respond to inquiries with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include handling guest requests, promoting services, and maintaining knowledge of hotel offerings. Spanish is a plus, and flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Demonstrate good computer skills.
• Accurately handle cash and post charges.
• Hotel experience preferred but not mandatory; customer service background is helpful.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Alcohol Compliance Certification within three months.
• Must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Time management and effective communication with the public and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on every interaction and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Register guests and assign rooms; conduct check-out processes.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information and a positive attitude.
• Answer inquiries about services, directions, and local information.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, rates, packages, and events.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attend team meetings and adhere to company policies.
