Qualifikationen

• Supervise Front Office staff to ensure owner/guest service.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees.
• Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and promote brand standards.

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager.
• Process all owner/guest check-ins and ensure reservations and villa/room assignments.
• Handle payments including room charges, cash, checks, and cards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to prepare rooms for check-in and maintain property readiness.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and follow policies.
