Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a Hyatt brand setting or luxury hotel is ideal, but training is provided.
• Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office and hotel platforms listed.
• Strong communication and listening skills; excellent speaking, reading, and writing.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is highly desired.
• Flexible schedule including days, weekends, and holidays.
• High energy with positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without being overwhelmed.
