Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Associate for our Denver property. You will be the first point of contact for guests and residents, delivering exceptional hospitality and seamless service.

You will handle guest inquiries, assist with reservations, tours, and events, and support the on-site Experience team with daily tasks and training. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in hospitality or customer service, strong communication, and a willingness to learn Sentral software (Yardi, Stayntouch).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Prior hospitality or customer-service experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate community software systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and residents; provide warm welcome and service.
• Build rapport and uphold Sentral’s customer-service standards.
• Assist with scheduling and training for the Experience team.
• Manage access and assist with on-site guest activities and tours.
• Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to daily standups.
