Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in and check-out tasks.
• Ensure charges are applied to correct guest accounts and resolve disputes.
• Answer inquiries via phone and respond to inquiries about casino promotions and events.
• Maintain cash accountability at shift start and end.
• Deliver administrative support to management and staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms for guests.
