Job summary

Black Oak Casino Resort in California seeks a front desk associate to greet guests, process check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and assist with room assignments and services. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs and room assignments.
• Manage pre-registrations and reservations as needed.
• Handle payments in accordance with cash handling policies.
• Answer inquiries about services, events, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with safety deposits, keys, transportation, etc.
• Answer phones and route calls; maintain privacy policies.
