• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience is preferred.
• Must be age 21 or older.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to type 35 WPM and learn hotel/hospitality systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest questions about rooms, amenities, and rates.
• Enter bookings accurately into central reservation systems.
• Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities and local areas of interest.
• Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and compliant service.
• Assist with reservations for restaurants, shows, etc.
• Work with team to promote a positive, collaborative environment.
