Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year Hospitality/Front Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests and handles check-in/out accurately.
• Issues room keys and coordinates with housekeeping for clean, vacant rooms.
• Handles folios, posts charges and collects payments; resolves disputes with supervisor.
• Answers guest inquiries and provides directions and information.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel, events and promotions to assist guests.
