Job summary

Courtyard Indianapolis at the Capitol in downtown Indianapolis is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins, and assist with requests during 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts. This full-time role requires a high school diploma and familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Compensation is $16.00 per hour with benefits after an initial waiting period, including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life/AD&D, paid time off, EAP, and a 401k

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Guest services with a warm welcome and smooth check-ins.
• Clear communication with guests and team to keep operations moving.
• Think and act quickly to resolve guest issues as they arise.
• Multitask reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details.
