Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent at the Renaissance Indianapolis North. You will welcome guests, check in/out, and provide information about hotel amenities and the local area.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and an engaging personality. Availability to work weekends and holidays is required; full-time schedules include day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and showing genuine interest.
• Check guests in, process payments, note special requests, and provide accurate information.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests through courteous problem solving.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services.
• Coordinate with other departments and share information as needed.
• Follow emergency procedures and company policies.
