Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a professional front desk associate to deliver exceptional guest service at check-in and check-out. You will manage reservations, handle guest charges, and communicate with multiple departments to fulfill requests.

The role requires accurate cash handling, proficiency with a PMS, and strong communication skills to assist guests both in person and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and problem solving for guests and staff.
• Clear, courteous communication with guests over phone and in person.
• Accurate handling of cash, payments and receipts.
• Experience in managing reservations and room blocks in a PMS.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy front desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and assist with reservations.
• Post charges to guest accounts and balance payments.
• Manage the hotel phone system and take messages.
• Input, modify, and cancel reservations in the PMS.
• Coordinate with departments for guest requests and special needs.
• Maintain room status and updates from housekeeping.
