Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome arriving guests, process check-ins and check-outs and related payments.
• Coordinate room assignments and accommodate guest requests.
• Offer information referrals and brief concierge assistance.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints.
• Promote the hotel’s restaurant and facilities.
• Maintain lobby and work stations clean; stock materials for shifts.
• Monitor front desk safety and security; report incidents.
