Job summary

Woodlark Hotel in Portland, OR is seeking an entry-level Front Desk Agent. You will greet guests, manage registrations and checkouts, handle payments, and maintain a balanced house bank. Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash and offer accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct front desk registration and checkout.
• Accept payment, balance cash drawer, and manage house bank reports.
• Assist with guest bookings, upsell, and inform guests about hotel services.
• Coordinate with other departments and log guest requests and defects.
• Answer inquiries about policies, services, and directions.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and knowledge of the hotel and city.
