Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of local area including restaurants and attractions.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and email.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Assist guests with reservations and room arrangements.
• Provide parking guidance and transportation arrangements.
• Manage multiple inquiries via phone, radio and email.
• Maintain lobby area and report safety concerns.
