Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff to ensure guest service excellence.
• Oversee check-in and check-out using Opera or similar PMS.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information per policy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other departments for timely service.
• Train new front desk employees on procedures and standards.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports on front desk activities.
