Job summary

LBA Hospitality seeks a front desk professional to lead daily guest services operations as Manager on Duty. You will respond to guest requests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with management to ensure a premium guest experience.

Role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and proficiency with the property management system. The position emphasizes friendly hospitality and adherence to company procedures. This is an on-site full-time role at the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations type of industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent of same.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special request when possible.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by offering to take future reservations and providing recommendations for alternate same brand-type products.
• Be aware of potential sales leads and contacts thorough guest interaction.
• Keep housekeeping and other departments informed of any special requests, late check-outs, and special needs areas.
• Learn and utilize PMS.
