Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests; perform check-in/out at Colony House.
• Greet inquiries, handle phone calls and direct to proper department.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates.
• Input guest charges and update guest information in the system.
• Distribute reports and provide information on transportation, attractions, etc.
• Schedule spa services and dinner reservations.
• Coordinate take-out orders and recreational activities.
• Assist mailroom, bellman, and housekeeping as needed.
