Greek Peak Mountain Resort - Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and help create memorable stays in a dynamic resort setting.

The role involves processing reservations, answering guest inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate front desk records with a professional, guest-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during check-in and check-out and provide a seamless experience.
• Process reservations and cancellations via phone, email, and in person.
• Balance receipts and handle payments at end of shifts.
• Coordinate guest services with other departments and vendors to meet special requests.
