The Westin Indianapolis, a Davidson Hospitality Group managed hotel in downtown Indianapolis, is looking for a dynamic Front Desk Supervisor. You will lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service, manage check-in/out, and respond to guest requests with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have cash handling experience, a high school diploma, strong communication, and solid computer skills. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and offers opportunity

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Six months of front desk experience.
• Strong computer skills for guest management systems.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations, including check-in and check-out.
• Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional service.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
• Train and onboard new front desk staff.
• Ensure accuracy of guest reservations and billing information.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure policy compliance.
