Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN to lead our front desk team and ensure guests experience exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

In this role you will manage reservations, VIP requests, and daily operations, while training staff and maintaining safety and standards across the lobby and front desk. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; college coursework helpful.
• 2–3 years progressive hotel or related field experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/outs with warmth and efficiency.
• Coordinate reservations, VIP requests, and special guest needs.
• Monitor logs, messages, and packages with timely, accurate handling.
• Lead, train, and support associates; handle guest concerns with professionalism.
