Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily Front Desk operations, supervise colleagues on assigned shifts, and ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests throughout their stay. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
• One to two years of hotel Front Office or related hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests during their stay.
• Supervise Front Desk operations during assigned shifts.
• Handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest requests.
• Coordinate VIP and group arrivals and occupancy information.
• Maintain accurate Front Desk documentation and cash handling procedures.
