Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding customer service and professional, businesslike hospitality at the Atlanta property. You will manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs, guest requests, and daily front desk duties while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality-related experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front office and lobby organization and supplies.
• Provide friendly, courteous telephone service and interactions.
• Coordinate reservations, wake calls, check-in/check-out, and requests.
• Protect guest privacy and security of keys and rooms.
• Communicate with management through reports and guest feedback.
• Support site inspections and client tours as needed.
• Assist with mail/packages and processing of guest services.
• Maximize revenues through sales and exceptional service.
• Develop knowledge of rates, amenities, and local attractions.
