Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory or management level experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of guest service shifts, planning front- and back-of-house activities.
• Ensure proper guest check-in/check-out procedures and analyze reports.
• Maintain room inventory and manage schedules to satisfy guests, associates and financial needs.
