lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join the Watters Creek store team. The role centers on delivering a high-quality in-store guest experience by providing technical product education and leading floor operations as part of the store leadership team.

You will drive daily sales performance, participate in hiring decisions, and coach team members to deliver excellent service while maintaining an inclusive, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide ongoing product education and assist guests when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and drive store performance and guest satisfaction.
