Job summary

lululemon Summit Mall Pop Up is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to elevate in-store service, deliver technical product education, and lead the floor as Supervisor on Duty. You will partner with the leadership team to drive daily sales and ensure an inclusive guest experience.

You will mentor team members, participate in recruitment, and provide ongoing coaching while opening/closing the store and analyzing daily metrics to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Provide technical product education to guests
• Open and close the store per procedures
• Review daily business data to motivate the team toward sales goals
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of team members
