lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure guests receive a high-quality in-store experience through technical product education and leadership on the floor. You will drive store performance, mentor team members, and act as Supervisor on Duty to meet daily sales targets.

The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience, leadership or mentoring exposure, and a flexible schedule. You will help recruit, onboard, and coach staff in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Competenze

• 1 year retail or customer experience; experience in leading, mentoring or delegating with others.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach teammates.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide technical product education to guests and support team when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to manage store operations and guest needs.
