lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to guide the in-store guest journey and deliver exceptional, inclusive service. You will lead daily, influence sales metrics, and support team development while acting as Supervisor on Duty on the floor.

Your role centers on educating customers about product value, maintaining operational readiness, and contributing to a positive, energetic store culture with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver lululemon's guest experience framework and an inclusive environment.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist teammates when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty, open/close store, and monitor daily sales targets.
