Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead (Contract) at Westfield Southcenter. You will lead from the floor, deliver technical product education, and help drive daily sales and guest satisfaction through strong leadership and customer focus.

As part of the store leadership team, you will participate in hiring, coaching, and ensuring an inclusive, energetic environment for guests and teammates while upholding lululemon’s service standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to provide an exceptional guest experience
• Provide technical product education to guests and teammates
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and support store leadership in achieving goals
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members
