Job summary

Sardi’s is seeking a courteous and energetic Customer Experience Ambassador to welcome guests, answer questions, and guide them through the lobby and ordering process. You’ll be the first and lasting impression, delivering friendly service and maintaining a clean, safe environment that shows pride in our food and team.

Key duties include greeting guests, upselling products, handling inquiries, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Greet + welcome guests!
• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell our products
• Guide our guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pick-up order, in-store orders, etc.)
• Host our Guests: Make them feel comfortable + their visit Enjoyable!
• Answer the phone in a friendly matter
• Accurately answer guest’s questions
• Be able to handle + solve difficult situations
• Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests + team members
• Practice food safety procedures
