Job summary

Ulta Beauty’s Guest Coordinator engages guests in-store and by phone, promoting salon services, guiding bookings, and delivering an exceptional guest experience through knowledgeable product and service recommendations. In collaboration with the Experience Manager and styling team, you will manage schedules, support service providers, maintain shop and salon cleanliness, and drive sales and loyalty.

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Familiarity with POS and service booking systems is a plus.
