Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in-store and over the phone. You will support the Experience Manager and the team with service promotions, bookings, and a 360° guest experience across salon and retail.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to educate guests on services and products. A flexible schedule and adherence to company standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, booking system).
• Demonstrate competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges courteously.
• Support services by answering calls, scheduling, guest records, and traffic flow.
• Inform guests about promotions and events and invite them to try services.
• Assist in booking appointments and coordinating in-store events.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
