Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role (37-40 hours) offers a pay range of $14.75–$16.75 per hour and requires oversight of shifts, guest service excellence, and store operations on duty.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, conducting interviews, store administration, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety. Must be legally qualified to sell alcohol/tobacco where applicable.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco per state law.
• Customer service mindset with ability to coach others.
• Comfort operating POS and gas console with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates; conduct screening interviews and provide input on counseling/discipline.
• Handle store administration tasks: ordering, weekly delivery reports, and paperwork as directed by Store Manager.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience: greet guests warmly and anticipate guest needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage ice cream/yogurt servings and toppings.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately; manage cash, checks, cards, and coupons.
• Stock shelves and maintain merch; rotate stock and check for out-of-date items.
• Maintain store and parking lot safety; monitor for shoplifting and follow cash drop procedures.
• Complete times records and Customer First Document; perform other duties as assigned.
