Job summary

You will supervise associates, manage shift operations, and uphold store standards with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires solid English communication, cash handling, POS and gas-sell capability, and physical tasks such as stocking and lifting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and associates.
• Physical ability to handle lifting and standing for shift durations.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates, coach the Hi Five Guest Experience, and train Shift Leaders.
• Handle store administration, including paperwork and weekly reports.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and assist guests with DipSide items.
• Operate POS and gas sales, process transactions, and manage cash.
• Stock shelves, maintain clean, presentable dip cabinets, and monitor stock rotation.
• Maintain security, monitor temps, and complete time records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
