Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for guests. This role focuses on coaching associates, enforcing safety and quality standards, and maintaining organized cash handling and POS procedures.

The GSS will also ensure 24/7 guest service programs, stock replenishment, and responsive guest inquiries, while upholding company policies and promoting the Global Spirit in a dynamic retail
