Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coach performance, and ensure a positive guest experience. The role includes cash handling, POS operation, and compliance with safety and store policies.

The GSS will ensure daily housekeeping, stock replenishment, and vendor check-ins, with flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18+ and capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be available for flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach employees by providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, quality, and store policies and practices.
• Operate the POS and maintain proper cash levels during shifts.
• Perform store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Keep products in stock and address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
