Concord Hospitality Enterprises in New Orleans seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams, ensuring quality and brand standards across rooms and public areas. You will assign daily tasks, coach staff, and monitor cleanliness to delight guests.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected, with opportunities for training and career advancement

We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor!

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role behind the scenes—guiding your team and maintaining clean, comfortable spaces that enhance every guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.

• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.

• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.

• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.

• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.

• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.

• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
